EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your Bella Caribe Sandals! If you find they’re not the right size, you can exchange them for another size, providing there is no visible sign of wear. A greater time allowance will be made for out of U.S. customers. If there’s ANY problem at all, PLEASE don’t hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS

Returns are cheerfully accepted on sandals that qualify. They must be shipped back within 15 days of receipt and free of visible signs of wear. Custom pattern Sandals cannot be returned for obvious reasons.
Refunds (in the form of a check) will not include shipping fees and will reflect a $5.00 restocking fee (unless you're exchanging for another size).

WARRANTY

Bella Caribe Sandals carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase.

Our Sandals have been known to last for years with very frequent wearing. In the long run, the laces will thin and stretch and will need to be replaced: this is normal and expected. Variations in color and texture may also occur, again an expected variant of a natural product such as leather.
